Finished Pie
Take the pie out of the oven, and then comes the hard part.... Wait for it to cool down to eat.
If you are incredibly brave, you can attempt to fill the case with pork stock and gelatine to make a jelly around the pie. Some hate it anyway. I've always found there will be a small crack somewhere, where the stock floods out all over the kitchen...
