We're now 10 months into our first year here at Alledal, and the winter is now over. And thankfully the energy usage is also starting to fall!
Not that we were really doing bad! Even at the height of winter our energy usage was at it's peak similar to the average usage in the UK! Now that winter has turned the corner, and we are well under our target energy usage per day, the average over the year to date is also falling steadily. Over the last couple of weeks we have used on average the equivalent of 800 KWH per month. Our target is 936 KWH per month. Our 10 month average is currently 1200 KWH per month and steadily falling, as the temperatures rise, and the heating isn't on any more.
