Today was the day for checking whether our home cured bacon actually worked.

The results are in...

 

Firstly, it slices like bacon

 

It started to cook like bacon

 Bacon sizzling in the pan

And the end result looked and tasted like bacon.

 Bacon and scrambled eggs
